Will breat-feeding help to reduce the risk of allergies in my child?
Breast-feeding is still thought to delay and modify the onset of allergies. Br eat-feeding is an excellent way to provide the best nutrition possible to your baby. And yet, breast milk can transport allergens into your baby. The presence of food allergens in breast milk can induce either sensitization or tolerance to that food. However the Canadian Paediatric Society does not recommend you routinely restrict your diet during breast-feeling if your child is at risk for allergies. Consult with your haircare professional.
