BabyView would like to congratulate Lisa and Victor, the winners of our November BabyView of the month contest!

How did you feel about your 3D ultrasound?

I was a bit nervous at the beginning; not really knowing what to expect as 3d ultrasounds weren’t an option when I was having my other two sons. Yet with the friendly warm atmosphere; my nerves quickly turned into excitement.

Does your baby have any siblings?
Yes; Tyler age 9 and Jaden age 7.

Does your baby have a name yet? If so, is he/she named after anyone special?
Yes; Mahkai Daniel Victor Phillip. We were originally considering Malikai; yet my two sons kept mispronouncing it; in turn we grew very fond of Mahkai. Daniel is after my youngest brother and Victor after my fiancé.

Describe some of your feelings and overall experience at BabyView?
It was a matter of a few seconds my fiancé and I was able to view our newest edition to our family; baby Mahkai. It actually brought tears to my eyes to see him face to face; well in utero : ) I was amazed at the overall detail we were able to see. What a difference from the 2D ultrasound! I wish I was able to have the same keep sake for my other two sons. It was a great experience that I will cherish and share with Mahkai when he’s a bit older.

Who are the other family members awaiting your baby’s arrival?
Wow, I don’t even know where to start; we have such a large family. To name a few; baby Mahkai will be welcomed by myself Lisa and my fiancé Victor; by his two big brothers Tyler and Jaden. Baby Mahkai has 3 grandmothers; Mima, Grandma Phillip and Grandma C. Two Grandfathers; Grandpa and Grandpa Phillip. Three Aunts; Suzanne, Kristal and Cassandra along with 3 Uncles; Jeff, Greg and Daniel.

What are your hopes and dreams for your baby’s future?
Who knows what the future will hold; as for now I hope my son continues to grow healthy and strong so he can keep up with his two big brothers.
